Hi Lindsey
The reply to this question was on the old site. Can you please remind me how to season an aluminium pan? The one I bought in March seems to be losing its ability not to have things, like fried egg, not stick to it.

Hi Wendy,
If your aluminum pan starts sticking, before you consider re-seasoning the pan give it a really good scrub with a brillo pad (or similar) until the surface shines, then dry it well and wipe the inside with a little groundnut oil on a piece of kitchen towel.
Then as always, when your ready to make fried eggs, heat the pan with the dessertspoon of fat and wait for the faint shimmer before you add the egg.
Best wishes
Lindsey
