Cooking Creole Cake in the Aga

Hello - Delia used to often give Aga oven help alongside the temps for electric and gas ovens. I am baking the Creole Christmas cake and would appreciate some pointers on a 4-oven Aga please. There are still a lot of us out there!
Delia has an Aga but we don’t test recipes in it because not enough people have one.
An oven thermometer is useful to check the temperature of your ovens.
We have used a simmering oven to cook Delia’s recipes that are baked at 130C -140C so I would use the simmering oven and check it at 4 hours in the same way is if using a conventional oven.
