Do you think making the individual sticky toffee puddings would work using gluten free self raising flour and a vegan block instead of butter. Eggs are ok. I also want do this as a tray bake.

We haven’t tried it with gluten free SR flour and vegan block but I’m sure it will work.
If you want to make a large one you will need a tin with a capacity of at least 1.2l.
I think it will need 50 minutes in the oven – until it springs back when lightly pressed in the centre.
