Please can you tell me if it is possible to freeze the baked vanilla cheesecake.
It will keep in the fridge for about 4 days and it freezes well. Open freeze until solid on the day you make it then wrap well and keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Unwrap and place on a plate, cover and defrost in the fridge overnight.
Remove form the fridge about 1 ½ - 2 hours before serving to take off the chill.
