Freezing raw apples

Hello,

We like to freeze them in a recipe such as crumble or pie, so they are ready to bake when we want to serve them… but you can peel, core, slice, brush with lemon and freeze them spread out on a lined tray until they’re frozen solid and then put them into a container or bag for up to 6 months.
