Yes, this does contain cheese, but very little gives a lot of flavour!
This recipe is from Delia's Complete How to Cook. Serves 3-4
This one's even speedier!
Just whiz everything together in the small bowl of a food processor, or in a small mixing bowl, using an electric hand whisk (in which case, you'll need to crush the garlic first). Sprinkle with the chives and it's ready to serve.
