Cooking around shift patterns

Due to a change in working shifts, is it possible to make 24 hours ahead Delia's Lasagna, cottage and shepherds pies by making and placing in the refrigerator with clingfilm the day before I intend to cook them? Can you also suggest any other recipes that this can be done with?
