Thank you Delia

I just wanted to say I received Delia’s Cookery Course as a wedding present 39 years ago. I read it as a book, cover to cover and have been making her recipes successfully ever since. She is my go to cookery source and her recipes just always work. I made the Tomato, Apple and Celery Cream Soup for friends at the weekend, one of my favourites, and they all asked for the recipe. Thank you Delia, and Lindsay (as I have asked several questions over the years) as you have made me the cook I am today. xxx
