A question about the Christmas Chutney - I stupidly put the majority of it into 1 large jar. We aren’t likely to use it much now Christmas is over, so can it be rejarred into smaller jars? If so, how? Should it be reheated and put into warm sterilised jars?

Hello,
Yes, I would prepare and sterilise the smaller jars that you would like to use.
Transfer all the chutney that you want to re-pot into a saucepan and stir in some boiling water to slacken it.
Bring up to a boil and reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pot it in the warm sterilised jars.
It will keep for years in a cool dark place.
Best wishes
