Making Fallen Chocolate Soufflé for smaller numbers

I would like to prepare a FALLEN CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE WITH ARMAGNAC PRUNES for Xmas day.
The whole recipe is too much for four servings. Would it work as well in individual silicone forms (like muffin forms, each 5 to 6 fluid ounces). I could serve four individual servings and keep the rest for another day.
If I don't want to use them within a few days, can they be frozen?

I think you could make the individual cakes.
We’d make the recipe as is, cut when cool and freeze it in portions.
