Irish Whiskey Cake without the Whiskey!

Hi Lindsey,
I would like to make the Irish Whiskey Christmas Cake but without alcohol. Can I substitute the alcohol with the same quantity of fruit juice? How long should I pre-soak the ingredients in the fridge?

Yes you can use fruit juice.
I’d probably do the 7 day soak in the fridge but you could get away with les if time is tight.
