Getting organised and freezing Truffle Torte

Hi, how far in advance can you freeze the chocolate truffle torte please ? I have to make quite a few , would it be best to do them all at once? Many thanks .

Hello,
They will keep well in the freezer for three months. Open freeze until solid on the day that they are made, then wrap well in parchment and foil or a freezer bag or box.
They will be fine made over several days.

Thankyou so much for your help. Will they be OK if I get out the freezer the day before or should I do this on the day I need them (pm).

The day before, take out of the freezer and remove all the wrapping. Place on the serving dish and cover (with an upturned bowl or loosely with clingfilm) and leave to defrost overnight in the fridge. Alternatively (if space is tight!) remove from the freezer, unwrap whilst still frozen, plate and cover about 1 to 2 hours ahead depending on the weather, on the day you intend to serve it.
