

Hello when making an apple pie, after peeling the apples I know I can put the apples in water with a squeeze of lemon to stop them going brown but can I use lemon juice from a plastic squeezable one, will it have the same results thank you David

Yes, squeezable lemon juice will slow down the oxidation in apples in the same way as freshly squeezed lemon juice. A little salt is fresh water works too – but they will need rinsing!
