Getting ahead with Little Sticky Toffee Puddings

Hello,

You can them a day ahead (unmould, cool, cover and refrigerate) or make and freeze them on the day they are made, well wrapped for up to three months..

Then, if frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight then let them come up to room temperature and the finish under the grill as in the recipe.
