I made Deila's green tomato chutney back in November and would like to know if it is possible to re-pot it into smaller jars for wedding favours.
Please can you tell me if I can and how to do this?
Sounds like a lovely thing to do.
You will have to put it all into a pan and slowly bring it up to simmering point then I’d simmer and stir for about 5 minutes or so before cooling a little and then re-potting into freshly sterilise jars.
