Freezing Feuilletes

I'm making Delia's Chicken Feuilletes and while I note they can be made well in advance and kept in the fridge, would they freeze uncooked? or would it be better to make and freeze the filling, then defrose and assemble in the pastry.
Any suggestions on what dessert would compliment this recipe?

Hello Eileen,,
Open-freeze the uncooked finished feuilletés until solid, then wrap in foil or clingfilm. Cook from frozen as per recipe, allowing an extra 10 minutes’ cooking time for defrosting.
