Steaming Smaller Puddings
I have made the Christmas Pudding recipe from Delia's Christmas book. I wanted to make smaller puds this year so i have put the mixture into four 1/2 litre put bowls, rather than one 2 litre bowl, as in the recipe.
My question is- How long should I steam the smaller puds for? I was thinking about 6 hours instead of 8, is this right? And then how long should I steam on Christmas Day?
