Re the sticky prune and date cake. Noted in the e-mail this can be converted to gluten free but on looking at the recipe page I don't see a mention of this.
Can you please advise.

Just swap the two flours for gluten free flours to make it gluten free. We found that when we tested the fruit cakes in Delia’s Cake Book, they all worked particularly well when made with gluten free flour.
