Tapenade and tea! Get ready for summer...

Hello Lindsey I want to make 2 of Delia's summer recipes but have queries on both

Gazpacho soup with ciabatta olive crutons. I cannot find "olive paste". All I can find is Black olive tapenade. Are they the same product?

Debbie Owen's Iced Tea - I'm not a tea drinker normally. What brand of English breakfast tea does Dekia use here. There areso many varities and I'm told the fklavour varies considerrazbly.
