Hello,
We use generally use leftover roast beef to make rissoles or cottage pie but you can reheat lean sliced beef in simmering gravy to serve again as a mini roast dinner.
Use a shallow pan of frying pan and make sure the gravy is simmering before spreading the sliced beef over the surface. Then press it into the gravy with a slotted spoon and pop a lid on. Bring it up to simmering point and serve immediately.
