Hello Lindsey I'm going to make Delia's recipe of the day - Gratin of Rigatoni. Which cheese does the recipe require. The white one you can buy in the plastic bag with liquid or the ready grated?

Hello,
We use the ‘block’ mozzarella and grate it ourselves, but you can use bought grated mozzarella or if you have the wet mozzarella you can just tear it up into small pieces.
