I am making Delia's 'Coarse Country Pate' as a starter for Christmas.
How long in advance can I make it? After it is made, how long will it keep?

Hello Tricia,
Keep it well chilled and eat within five days of making it.
We sometimes freeze half on the day we make it, if we think we cannot eat it all within the time.
On the day you serve it take it out of the fridge about an hour or so before you serve.
If frozen allow it to defrost in the fridge overnight.
