I’ve had a request to make a small 4” Christmas cake. I’ll be honest, I have no idea about the baking time on this one let alone the amount of ingredients to use! I would greatly appreciate your input! Thank you so so much.

We have not tested this, but I expect it will be a 1 egg recipe per 4 inch. I would make sure that the cake tins are very well protected and start checking them after one and a half hours in the oven.
Have you thought about making an 8 inch square and cutting it into 4 x 4 inch square cakes?
