Hi Lindsey
Delia used to have a recipe online for making rissoles with leftover beef or lamb roast - but it appears to have been substituted for one with pork which we don't eat. I even ordered Delia's How to Cook book hoping it was in there - but it isn't! It wasn't difficult but Delia also gave suggestions for variations like Moroccan flavours, or Indian. I really loved the recipe! Is there any way you could please let me know where to find it please? I would really appreciate it.
