Can i add some frozen shellfish to the chicken basque recipe?

Yes you can do that…
If it’s fresh or defrosted it can be added for the last 5 minutes of the cooking time and if it’s cooked but still frozen it will need longer and of it’s raw and still frozen it will need a bit more time.
Whichever way just make sure it's piping hot before it’s served.
