Freezing a recipe made with brick pastry

I am freezing brick pastry do I cook it first then freeze it in a box

 Hello,

Do you mean you are freezing the Christmas Cracker Puddings?

These you can freeze raw or cooked. For best results I would freezer raw, defrost on a lined baking sheet (covered with film to prevent the pastry drying out) and bake about hour to 30 minutes before serving.
