

I'm making Delia's Saville marmalade. Would I be able to do the initial boiling of the juice in a pressure cooker to cut down on the time? If so do I need to reduce the 2.5lts of water because it will not reduce in the same way as if I boiled it in an open pan?

I expect you are right but I do not have anything tried and tested.
Perhaps reducing it to 2l would be a good start.
