Oven-roasted Ratatouille and Mozzarella Strudel with Parmesan and Pecans
For the recipe above - when preparing the tomatoes do I also need to deseed them before I chop them or just take the skins off?

The tomatoes are skinned and quartered but not de-seeded.
But if you prefer to remove the seeds that’s fine too.
