I made Delia's christmas mincemeat last year. Which I have a few jars left and I was wondering as it was very stiff last year would it be possible to empty the remaining jars I have and add extra liquid and reheat then re pot.

Hello Caroline,
I think it should be firm. It shouldn’t be like the mincemeat that you can get commercially.
When you come to use it, empty it into a bowl and give it a stir – it will loosen.
Kind regards
Lindsey
Thank you.
