

Hi, I wanted to make Delia’s absolutely traditional mince pies however, I am not sure what size tart tin to use, not sure if I need a slightly deeper one or standard one. I went onto the Silverwood web site. However, they have none in stock. Could I ask what size you recommend and another make of tin please?

We use a shallow bun tin with flat bases.
