I’m making the English apple pie and am short of time to do everything freshly. Can I keep the pastry resting in the fridge for day 24 hours?

Hello,
You can make the pastry the day before and keep it wrapped for 24 hours in the fridge. Just make sure you take it out of the fridge about an hour before you need it. Leave it wrapped but allow the chill to come off before you try to roll it.
