Hi I was wondering if there was a baking recipe that I could substitute normal flour for gluten free flour which is also vegan or could be made vegan?

Hello,
Most of the cakes and biscuits here online can be made using gluten free ingredients. Fruit cakes work particularly well.
For vegan cakes obviously you will need replace any dairy and use egg replacer instead of any eggs.
