

Hi Lindsey - I'd like to make Delia's Classic Christmas Cake in smaller tins - so using an 18cm tin rather than a 20cm tin. Can you advise on quantities and cooking times needed for the smaller tin size? Thank you very much. Richard

Hello Richard,
For a 18cm round Christmas Cake I would do a 3 egg version (i.e. divide by 4 and multiply by 3).
When baking, check after 3 hour and then check every 15 mins thereafter.
