

Good Morning Lindsey. Yesterday I made the Venison Sausage Casserole which used only half a teaspoon of chopped fresh Thyme. I'm left with quite a large amount of Thyme which I bought from Waitrose. How can I store it for future use rather than discard it. Dottie May

I think it’s best to tie it into a bunch with some kitchen string and hang it in a dry airy place at room temperature and then leave it to dry. Then when you come to use it you can just rub it to release the leaves.
