Hello
Pealing my boiled eggs
I always cook my eggs Delia's way. I own chickens and I keep at home in the garden, they provide the eggs. However I always seems to be pealing the white off once I've boiled the eggs. How do I prevent this and peal an egg succesfully?
I use this method https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/main-ingredient/eggs-recipes/soft-bo...

Hello Charlotte,
The most likely reason that you are having difficulty peeling your hard-boiled eggs is because they are too fresh.
Try keeping your freshly laid eggs for a couple of weeks and then hard boil them.
Kind regards
