

My.friend is gluten intolerant & her 8 yr old daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease.
I am about to make my Christmas pudding & Christmas cake, using your recipes which I have used for years.
Apart from using gluten free flour & a little more liquid, is there anything else I should do?

Hello,
For the cake it is just swapping the flour for gluten free flour.
For the pudding you will need to use gluten free flour, gluten free breadcrumbs and you’ll also need to swap the suet, stout and barley wine for gluten free versions.
