Hi Lindsey,
For the Seville orange marmalade recipe, can I substitute the 1kg of oranges for 1kg of blood oranges?

Hello,

I wouldn’t follow the Seville Orange Marmalade recipe when using sweet oranges.

You could try this recipe instead…
