Baking Creole Cake in an Aga
Hello, this is the first time l have made Creole (Christmas) cake, l am using the half amounts of ingredients and will cook in a 7inch round tin.
It would be 2 hr 50mins at 140 conventional oven,
Please which oven & how long shall i use in the Aga?
Also if i don’t have Demerara sugar, can i use light soft brown or muscovado either light or dark ?
