Hi, I'm making Delia's Christmas cake in a FAN oven . The recipe states 140C what temperature should i ubutse for a fan oven. I intend to bake two 6" round christmas cakes at the same time. I am using Delia's scaling up/down guide to measure the ingredients . Thanks

Hello,
We always recommend reducing the oven temperature by 20 degrees when using a fan setting, but as the classic Christmas cake is baked on a lower shelf I would reduce it to 115 degrees.
I would have a peek at 2 ½ hours.
Best wishes
