September
So that was August! Now here we are in September, and as the summer holidays all come to an end we have a lovely menu for this month.
First up, our starter recipe sounds an unlikely one, Roasted Figs with Gorgonzola and Honey-Vinegar Sauce, and with minimal preparation, it's a doddle to make. The figs are roasted in a matter of minutes and the sauce is made while they are cooking. Delia's Pork Stroganoff is made from start to finish in about 20 minutes, and served with Basmati rice which you can watch being made in our free Cookery School Video here. Finally a recipe from The Delia Collection: Puddings, Apple and Orange Crunch, once prepared, it's baked for 50 - 55 minutes.
