August
This month we have a wonderful line up for our menu. To start with Chilled Spanish Gazpacho, there's no cooking required for this soup, just blended quickly then chilled until ready. Our main course is a recipe for pork chops you can grill or if the weather is kind it can be cooked on the barbecue. They're marinated in a jerk seasoning, then served with pineapple salsa.
Finally Coconut Ice Cream with Lime Syrup, and for this recipe, you don't need to have an ice cream maker, Delia explains how to make it just using your freezer.
