

Let's hope we will see some fine weather this month, it would be lovely to move on from stews, casseroles and hot puddings.
In a hopeful and optimistic mood, our menu for April has a spring in its step. Starter is Eggs Mayonnaise, which Delia likes to serve with cornichons and black olives. Main course is Baked Lamb with Rosemary, Redcurrant and Mint Sauce, and finally Old Fashioned Rhubarb Trifle
