After fizz and canapes on arrival, dinner will begin with Cullen Skink followed by roast Scottish beef, with all the trimmings including of course Haggis, then polished off with Caledonain Ice Cream with Toasted Oatmeal. A vegetarian alternative is also available. Delia will also be joined by Soho's French House chef Neil Borthwick and his wife, the Michelin starred chef Angela Hartnett.
