Our starter is suitable for vegetarians, Toasted Goats' Cheese, with Blackened Sherry Vinegar Onions - it would also be a good recipe for a light lunch. Main course is easy seared salmon served with a puy lentil salsa that's made in advance.
Finally, dessert is a proper cold weather recipe, Hot Chocolate and Rum Souffle with Chocolate Sauce from Delia's Cookery School, and you can watch her video showing you how to make it.
