Cooking the christmas pudding
Not so many guests for Christmas lunch this year, so intend to do half size Christmas pudding, which I’ve done before and turned out perfect. However, given the fuel cost of 8 hour steaming, I’d like to cook it in the microwave instead. Can you suggest timing and microwave level for this, please?

Making Christmas pudding and mince pies without gluten
I have made Delia's Christmas pudding and mince pies for many years but sadly, a member of my family has become gluten intolerant. Can I use gluten free flour and breadcrumbs in the recipes? Do I need to change the quantities or add anything extra to get the same result or do I have to find new recipes?
Gifting mini Christmas puddings without the basins
Is there a way to remove them from the basins, re-wrap and store safely?
Re-freezing leftovers
Hi. I made a moussaka up to the assembling stage. I want to freeze it, then cook it next week, but I know we won't eat all of it and will want to freeze the leftovers again. Can I do this, or should I cook it now, cut it up into portions and freeze those, then defrost and use in portions?
