I am going to use Royal Icing on Delia's Xmas cake. How do I store the Royal iced cake - in an airtight tin or air tight plastic cake container?

With energy bills so high, please can you tell me how to cook the Christmas Pudding in a Pressure Cooker, rather than 8 hours steaming?

No time to wait for Creole fruits
Help. I’m very late making Delia’s Creole Christmas cake as only 2 weeks to go till the big day and I’m only making a half the recipe as a result. Would I be better not leaving the fruit mixture in the fridge for a week and cooking it in a day or two so it has longer cooked, or leaving it for a full week in the fridge but only a week cooked. Also there isn’t any liquid left in the mixture as it has all been absorbed. Should I add a bit more? Thank you so much and Merry Christmas. xx
