Making large savoury muffins
I would like to make the gruyère muffins as full-size, not mini. How should I adapt the recipe?
Larger quiches
Lindsey, I want to try some of Delia’s Quiche recipes. However, recipes such as Delia’s Quiche Lorraine call for a sponge tin with loose base size: 18cm x 4.5cm. My tins are 22.5cm x 5cm and 28cm x 5cm. I know you have a section on ‘scaling up a cake recipe’, but do you have anything for scaling up quiche recipes? If not, can you provide any guidance on upscaling the quiche recipe to fit my tins. Many thanks. Feidlimid
