Hello, I would like to know if I can cook my M&S turkey crown in advance and freeze it for Chistmas Day?

Hello,
I do not think Turkey Crown is suitable for cooking ahead and freezing.
If you want o buy it now I would freeze it raw, defrost it in the fridge and roast it. That way you can enjoy the freshly cooked meat and the cold leftovers.
When you freeze cooked turkey the texture is dryer so it works best in recipes with added sauce like curry or coronation salad.
Kind regards
Lindsey

Thanks for reply Lindsey. Was hoping to make it a bit easier on the day by getting ahead but will take your advice and cook on the day.
