Having frozen Blackeyed Bean Cakes and also Spiced Chickpea cakes, how should both these recipes be cooked, i.e. from frozen or defrosted first?

I have made an asparagus tart, is it worth making a soup with the end of the asparagus?
Grain flour in the seeded loaf
I am making the loaf breads and ready to move onto the seeded bread
Where can I get ‘grain flour’ from ? Can you suggest any brands.
For the wholemeal bread I have been using ‘Matthew Cotswold flour- stoneground strong whole grain’ as it also says ‘strong wholemeal bread flour’
Food for Hiking Challenge

Hope you are well.
A friend and I signed up for the 56 mile overnight Bullock Smithy Hike. Not only will the distance and varied terrain be a challenge, sleep deprivation is a factor as well.
Grateful if you would recommend any recipe ideas that will help sustain our energy levels and pack well in a rucksack.

For Delia's Low Fat Moist Carrot Cake, can I substitute Light Muscavado Sugar for the Dark Brown Soft Sugar in the recipe?
