Tin size - Greek Orange and Honey Syrup Cake with Yoghurt and Pistachios

I'm confused by this recipe, because it says to use a 20cm cake tin for both the 12 portion cake and the 8-10 portion cake. Is this right - perhaps you are just aiming for a taller cake for more people?

I'd like to make it next week, so an answer would be really helpful, thank you.

For Suzanne

Hello Suzanne,

You have spotted a typo in the online version. For the recipe for 12 it should be a 10 inch / 25.5cm round loose base tin. Originally it was springform but we are no longer using these ourselves but you can of course if you like.

I will get the recipe corrected.

Many thanks for letting us know

Lindsey
